All-Day Rental Fun!

At 4 Kids Rentals, we believe the fun shouldn’t feel rushed!

Every rental includes an all-day rental period, so kids can enjoy the excitement from party start to party finish.

What’s Included:

  • Delivery & setup

  • Equipment safety inspection

  • All-day use during your event

  • Pickup after your event concludes

  • Sanitized & cleaned equipment

  • To reserve your rental equipment and event date, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking.

    Your reservation is officially secured once:

    • The rental agreement is completed, and

    • The 20% deposit payment is received

    Because availability is limited — especially during spring and summer weekends — we recommend booking early to guarantee your date.

    Deposit Details

    • Deposit amount: 20% of total rental

    • Applied toward your final balance

    • Required to hold equipment and delivery schedule

    The remaining balance is due prior to delivery or at setup, depending on booking arrangements.

  • We understand plans can change!

    Deposits may be transferred to a new available date if notice is provided at least 3 days in advance

    Weather-related rescheduling is always allowed when safety conditions prevent setup. 

    Deposits are non-refundable due to equipment being reserved specifically for your event date.

    Cancellations due to weather, will be refunded.

    However, deposits may be applied toward a future rental within the same season when cancellation notice is provided ahead of time.

    Please ensure the setup area is:

    • Clear of debris

    • Pet waste free

    • Accessible at delivery time

    • Delivery typically occurs the morning of your event, or the evening before

    • Setup takes approximately 30-60 minutes

    • Pickup usually happens later the same day or early the next morning

     Exact times are confirmed prior to your event date.

  • Adult supervision is required at all times while equipment is in use.

    For everyone’s safety:

    • No shoes

    • No sharp objects

    • No food or drinks inside inflatables

    • Follow posted rider limits

    You MUST adhere to the safety and operating guidelines. A responsible adult must be present at all times the unit is in use. This person must know the safety and operating procedures and must enforce them at all times. You are responsible for keeping the unit clean and safe from damage. The inflatable item will not be set up unless the contract/liability waiver is signed.

    We are fully insured with commercial general liability coverage. Our policy protects both our company and our customers in the unlikely event of an accident.

  • Michigan weather can be unpredictable — safety always comes first.

    • You may reschedule due to bad weather at no penalty

    • Decisions can typically be made the morning of your event

    • We do not set up equipment in:

      • Heavy rain

      • Strong winds

      • Severe weather conditions

    Your safety and the kids’ safety always come first.

    In the event your bounce house has been set up and high winds or heavy rain hit, simply unplug the unit until weather has passed.

  • Each  inflatable and concession require:

    • One standard 120V household outlet within 75–100 feet of setup area

    • Must have their own circuit

    Extension cords are provided when needed.

  • At 4 Kids Rentals, we take pride in providing clean, safe, and high-quality equipment for every family.

    All rentals are cleaned and sanitized after each event. We simply ask that equipment is treated with care during your rental period.

    Normal Use

    Normal play and everyday party use are expected and included in your rental price.

    No additional cleaning fees apply when equipment is returned in reasonable condition.

    Excessive Cleaning Fee

    A cleaning fee may be applied if equipment is returned with excessive mess or prohibited materials, including but not limited to:

    • Food, candy, gum, or drinks inside inflatables

    • Soap, bubbles or oils

    • Silly string (permanently damages inflatables)

    • Excessive Mud, dirt, sand or standing water inside unit

    • Water use on dry units

    • Confetti, glitter, paint or slime

    • Pet waste or animal hair

    • Vomit or bodily fluids

    Cleaning fees typically range from $50–$200 depending on severity.

    Please help us keep equipment clean for the next families waiting to enjoy it!

    Damage & Misuse Policy

    Customers are responsible for equipment during the rental period.

    Additional charges may apply for damage caused by misuse or negligence, including:

    • Sharp objects or shoes inside inflatables

    • Moving equipment after setup

    • Overloading beyond rider limits

    • Unauthorized water use on dry units

    • Damage caused by pets

    • Burns, cuts, or tears to material

    • Failure to follow safety instructions

    Repair or replacement costs may be charged if damage occurs.

    Intentional or Severe Damage

    Intentional damage or reckless misuse may result in:

    • Full repair or replacement charges

    • Immediate termination of rental

    • Additional legal recovery if necessary

    We rarely encounter issues — and appreciate families who treat our equipment like their own.
